Guarantee

When buying bird’s nest products at Only Yến, we apply a nationwide 1 to 1 exchange policy with the following conditions :

1. Still in the warranty period (07 days after the date of purchase)

2. Have a valid warranty card and invoice code

3. Cases covered by warranty :

   • The rate of bird nest breakage is more than 10%
   • Bird’s nest is moldy
   • Bird’s nest is discolored (standard ivory white color)
   • The packaging is deformed and broken

4. Pay 10 times the value of the product if it is found to be fake

Scope of application nationwide

Refund: applicable to any product purchased at Only Yến under warranty and exchange conditions in this section.

The refund will be immediately transferred to the account provided by the customer.
