DELIVERY REGULATIONA

  • Buy From ONLY YEN’s strore

  • Delivery at HCM city

    • For customers in Ho Chi Minh city, staff will deliver free of charge at home depending on the product and the price of the product that has been applied to you that the company stipulates. The Transportation Department will contact you in advance to arrange a specific time and place to deliver the goods to you.
    • Please directly check the product immediately upon receipt, if there is a problem related to the product, design, quality, quantity of goods is not correct as in the order, you immediately notify us. to coordinate processing.     • You receive the customer to pay the delivery staff the total amount payable on the order (in case you pay in cash)If for some reason ONLY YEN staff cannot deliver the goods in time, the staff will contact you again and notify you.
  • Delivery outside HCM city

    • For customers in the suburbs of HCM, staff will deliver goods at home for you. The shipping fee will be notified to the customer and upon receiving the consent from the customer, ONLY YEN will proceed with the delivery. The Transportation Department will contact you in advance to arrange a specific time and place to deliver the goods to you.
    • Please directly check the product immediately upon receipt, if there is a problem related to the product, design, quality, quantity of goods is not correct as in the order, you immediately notify us. to coordinate processing.     • You receive the goods, sign the delivery note and pay the delivery staff the total amount payable on the order

  • Delivery with orders in other provinces

    • For customers in other provinces, the staff will contact the customer to confirm the order.
    • ONLY YEN will base on the scope provided by customers to deliver goods or use shipping services through other provinces to transport goods.
    • For small products: Shipping fee will be based on the weight of the product.
    • For products that are bulky goods, with the size> 30cm, the freight is calculated based on the current calculation of the combined shipping units.
    • Staff will call the customer again to inform about shipping fee. If the customer agrees with this shipping fee, ONLY YEN will ship the customer to the customer, if the customer disagrees, ONLY YEN will ship the customer’s product based on the customer’s request.

CHANGE / CANCEL TRANSACTION

  • In the following cases, you can change or cancel the transaction
